#ROW80 Rd 4 — Initial Goals

New round, new goals.  This is my fourth ROW80.  Whew!  But, it works, so I keep coming back.

This round, I have a LOT on my plate with my debut novel looming just around the corner, so it’s not going to be too writing-centric.

The writing I do plan, however, will be heaviest in November for NaNoWriMo–whatever I plan to do to get those 50k words–lighter in October and December.  Those months will mostly be prepping for November, editing (The PURE and my other manuscripts) and pre-publication duties.  I will still write, but the tasks will be short–blog posts, short stories, that sort.

This round probably has the highest potential of any I’ve done so far of requiring tweaks along the way.  No biggie though, right?  That’s the nature of the ROWnd.  :)

My goals are on my ROW80-4 page.

The Linky site lists other participants’ progress reports.  Give them some encouragement too.

    Well, NaNoWriMo is a lot of hard work so you`re excused ;) It`s not something I could ever do. Good luck!

      It’s not so bad if you prep ahead. I try to get all my CPE credits done, take a week off from work (it’s sluggish in Nov), cram extra words in on weekends, outline or plan what I’m going to write, etc.

    Good luck with all your goals this round (and I like your new blog header). I’m not ready for NaNo this year–maybe next time. Though I would like to have my WIP done by the end of November, I just need all of October’s time too :) .

      Thanks, Erin! I’m still waffling on NaNo. I have a TON of work, work to do and am getting anxious about meeting a long series of work deadlines. It may not happen for me either this year. :( Good luck on your goals too. I haven’t popped in to check on anyone yet but will.
