At the risk of sounding like a broken record, sounding like a broken record, sounding like a… this week has thus far been 100% about getting the superhero novella ready to submit.
I did start a little Christmas ditty (well, one of my alter egos did) that would need to be subbed right on the heels of the superhero novella. It’ll only need to be between 5k and 10k. I have about 500 words written (woo-hoo!) so far.
Lastly, I got a nibble on my romantic suspense novel that looks quite promising. Hopefully more positive news on that later.
Still WAITING on the steampunk submission. It’s been five months now. I have a “next try” submission publisher in mind, however. I won’t miss publisher B’s deadline waiting on publisher A.
My cumulative statistics are on my ROW80-3 page.
The Linky site lists other participants’ progress reports. Give them some encouragement too.
Good luck with the superhero, the steampunk, the nibble and the ditty! I so admire your work ethic.
Thank you, Ma’am!! I wished writing was easier for me. I swear, every time I look at something I wrote, I find something else wrong with it. Never-ending editing is my bane.
Right here it is, wrapped up in square brackets
[Some Encouragement]
Hope that helps. 5 to 10 K can seem like nothing or it can be a mountain. Keep at it, it gets there.
Aww, thanks! That’s very nice of you and good point!
